ONSITE PARTICIPATION FEE COVERS:

• Scientific sessions & live video demonstrations attendance
• Access in exhibition areas
• Workshop materials (badge, bag, Program Handbook)
• Coffee breaks and Lunches
• Participation in the ECC Course on November 4-5th, 2026 (only if the additional Course registration fee is paid)
• Participation in the Welcome Cocktail on November 4th, 2026 and the Networking Dinner on November 6th, 2026 (only if the confirmation fees are paid)
• Certificate of attendance

AMENDMENTS:

• The value of the Participation Fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines from the FEES chart.
• In case you decide to use wire transfer, please specify the name and surname of the participant you are paying for and the event (ex. Participation Fee for RoHu CTO Workshop 2026).
• Please note that Romanian citizens will have to pay in RON. Only foreigners will be able to make payment in EUR.
• For the participants who register and pay the Participation Fee after 20.10.2026 we can’t guarantee the symposium bag and other materials.
• Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked at the Info Stand, during working hours, which you can find on the website at the General Information.
• In case the participants doesn’t present their badge, the organizers have the right to restrict their access in the event.
